I found this site pretty up-to-date with MBA info: http://www.findcourses.co.uk inc costs, start dates and duration etc, as well as study options too. Where abouts are you based? I was looking at this course, thought it looked worth while: http://www.leadershipcourses.eu/Executive_Education__d3161.html what do you make of it?

There is a program that I found that allows you to get your masters in a little over a year as opposed to two. It definitely helps that you have eight years of experience for your application process. The program is called an amMBA and seems to be pretty popular. Good Luck!

Consult the Official MBA Guide. It's a comprehensive free public service with more than 2,000 MBA programs listed worldwide. It allows you to search for programs by location (US, Europe, Far East, etc.), by concentration (finance, marketing, aviation management, health management, accounting, etc.), by type of program (full-time, distance learning, part-time, etc), and by listing your own criteria and preferences to get a list of universities that satisfy your needs. Schools report their accreditation status, tuition cost, number of students, class sizes, program length, and a lot of other data. Schools provide data on entrance requirements, program costs, program characteristics, and much more. You can use the Guide to contact schools of your choice, examine their data, visit their web site, and send them pre applications. You can see lists of top 40 schools ranked by starting salaries of graduates, GMAT scores, and other criteria. It's the best service available at http://officialmbaguide.org.

Job prospects with an MSc in Finance degree

Job prospects with an MSc in Finance degree?
Hi guys ! I am about to study towards an MSc in Finance course at one of UK's top business schools. My question is, what do you think the job prospects upon graduation are (given that the financial sector is in a mess) . I wanted to work as an equity trader, however, I heard that the banks are not recruiting for such positions at the moment. The credit crunch made me thikning about a career in management consulting, yet I don't know if the economic slowdown won't affect such opportuinities as well. Thanks a lot for sharing your views.

I'm going to be in the same boat as you :s It's really hard to predict what it will be like when you graduate, but as far as I know, most management consulting firms want you to have an MBA

The MSc in Finance provides a thorough grounding in the theory and analytical techniques required by finance professionals operating in todayĆ¢€™s business environment. It offers students a global perspective on the process of financial decision-making and practical knowledge of the workings of financial markets and the price-setting process. You have a bright future !!

PhD in Europe.

Go for your Ph.D.!! Two masters degrees will do nothing for you by way of opening doors and advancement in your profession, but the Ph.D. will. Trust me, I have had the experience, and you want to get your Ph.D. as early in your career as possible. Good Luck!!
