Hi I'm a student of b.com 1st year & I'm confused between B.com pass-course and B.com honors(finance) course? I wanted to do MBA through IIM Ahmedabad. SO which course should I go for B.com pass course or b.com honors (finance) course. Thanks.

Take the extra (4th) year and get your honours course. It gives you those additional courses and will help you prepare much better for any post graduate studies that you want to take.
