WOW thats a big question, an IB is considered the same as a High school. He will need to do several things. First he will need to select a school, and find out its admission requirements. Assuming you've done that you will need to take either the SAT or ACT test, take the TOEFL (test of English as a foreign language). he will also need to have his transcripts reviewed by a third party verification service they will send an evaluation to the school for use in admission. They will put his transcripts on a traditional 4.0 grading scale and evaluate his credits. He will need to write an admission essay and submit that and the application fee by the deadline. Once he has gotten in he should contact the international students office to arrange the documentation to get his student visa, this will require a letter of financial ability (showing that you have the money in a bank account or have other financial aid to support your study). then you hope on a plane and arrange for the school to meet you at the airport

Hey, you're in NY! Plenty of top-notch schools, and if you check, most if not all offer evening and weekend schedules for students who work. Several offer 'online' courses also, if that's better for you. Check out the websites for NYU, Columbia, Queens College, Baruch, Hunter, CUNY - i am sure you will find a program. best of luck to you.

hi dear, i m doing ms finance...just cleared alpha... i too inquired a lot..bout this it is worth doing but u need a lot of hardwork for that.. it is not so easy just devote your full time in this course and you will be benefited later work hard and you will earn name fame n money too by this course multinational company demands for the ms finance people they pay u good you will be master in this field so just close your eyes n opt for this
